Children and Adolescents

NThi-26.JPG

Andri is a registered psychologist in Australia and holds clinical psychology registration in Cyprus.

Born and raised on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus, Andri is fluent in both Greek and English. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Essex in the UK and completed her master’s degree in clinical psychology in Cyprus.

Andri is passionate about supporting children, young people, and their families to reach their fullest potential and to develop the necessary tools for mental resilience and improved well-being.

Andri believes that each individual is unique in how they experience life and view the world. Her goal is to understand and view the world from their perspective, using a variety of evidence-based psychological interventions and her own life experiences to help them achieve their therapy goals and reach their fullest potential.

Andri’s aim is to make the therapeutic journey safe, comfortable, and enjoyable by incorporating evidence-based interventions, creativity, and skills she has learned from drama and improv classes—with a spark of humour too!

On days with extra free time, Andri focuses on self-care by engaging in activities such as art, swimming, creative writing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

The first steps of therapy might seem scary and uncomfortable, but Andri believes that if you allow her, she will show you that it’s only through the muddy waters that a lotus flower can rise.
