Hello, I'm Andri! I am passionate about supporting children (from ages 5 and above), young people, and their families to reach their fullest potential and to develop the necessary tools for mental resilience and improved well-being.
I am a registered psychologist in Australia and hold clinical psychology registration in Cyprus.
I was born and raised on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus, and earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Essex in the UK before completing my master’s degree in clinical psychology in Cyprus. Please continue reading for some more information about me!
What is the most rewarding part of working with children and adolescents in therapy?
The most rewarding part of working with children and adolescents is witnessing their uniqueness, resilience, and dedication to reaching their full potential—while also appreciating their incredible sense of humour. I believe that every individual experiences life in their own unique way, and my goal is to understand their perspective, using evidence-based psychological interventions and my own life experiences to support them in achieving their therapy goals.

How do you help children and adolescents feel comfortable opening up during sessions?
I strive to make the therapeutic journey safe, comfortable, and enjoyable by incorporating play, humour, and authenticity. Drawing from evidence-based interventions, as well as skills I’ve learned from drama and improv classes, I create a space where children feel free to be themselves. By listening closely and engaging with what excites them, I ensure that sessions feel natural, interactive, and meaningful—always with a spark of humour too!.
